Amethyst’s 40-bed facility is licensed by the Florida Department of Children and Families to provide Inpatient Detoxification and Residential Level I Treatment. The facility is licensed by the Florida Board of Pharmacy to operate a Modified Institutional, Level II, Class B Pharmacy.

The facility is registered with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as a Hospital Clinic and Narcotic Treatment Program (NTP) and certified by the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA) as an Opiate Treatment Program (OTP).

Amethyst’s OTP is authorized by the DEA to provide opioid maintenance and detoxification medication-assisted treatment (MAT).

Lauderdale Lakes, FL

Ignite operates an outpatient, substance use disorder treatment facility in Lauderdale Lakes.

Ignite’s outpatient program is licensed by the Florida Department of Children and Families to provide Day or Night Treatment, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient Treatment.

Onxy Behavioral Health

Port St. Lucie, FL

Onyx opened in November 2023, and offers residential primary mental health treatment in Port St. Lucie. Onyx is licensed by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration to operate a 33-bed community mental health facility.
